Responsibilities:
- Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction
- Set the standard on-site by actively performing all phases of interior home remodeling, including: demolition, framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC work, carpentry, tile setting, and waterproofing
- Safely lift and carry heavy materials, consistently following best practices in job site safety
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites at all times to ensure a productive work environment and positive client impressions
- Support project success by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in all phases of residential home remodeling
- Own a full set of professional-grade tools
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Clean driving record with proven dependability
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly
- In-depth knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities
- Skilled in team leadership and effective crew communication
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment with strong knowledge of job site safety protocols
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor
- Certification in the Schluter waterproofing system is a strong plus
