Job Summary:
The Lead Recruiter oversees the entirety of the recruitment process. Working closely with hiring managers, they identify staffing needs and requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. In order to attract talented individuals, they proactively search for potential candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, networking, and job fairs. The Lead Recruiter meticulously evaluates resumes and conducts initial screenings to identify the most suitable candidates. Furthermore, they collaborate with the HR team to drive compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.

Maintains an acceptance-to-offer ratio of 80% and consistently achieves key recruiting metrics, including time to fill, diversity, internal promotions, cost per hire, and other focal metrics.

Demonstrates expert knowledge of the company, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.

Earns a reputation as a trusted advisor and seasoned partner, extending beyond the managers they collaborate with.
