Lead Radiologic Technologist oversees technologist performance, scheduling, image quality reviews, cross-training, and equipment/vehicle maintenance. Provides coaching and graded feedback, reports issues to the Area Manager, supports area operations, and participates in evening/weekend/holiday on-call rotation.
