Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Lead Quotations Coordinator.
This position will be located in Ridgefield, WA
Responsibilities:- Day-to-day operations
- Manage Quotations Team workflow
- Ability to mentor team members on expectations
- Lead onboarding/training for all Quotations new hires
- Develop and implement processes for the Quotations Team
- Work within team setting; handling high volume email requests via Outlook
- Communicates with Sales Manager and OSR's on questions or issues
- Maintain current Admin functions in conjunction with handling Quotations Team
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
- 2-3 years' experience in administrative or quotations development is helpful
- 3-5 years of Industrial experience
- Must be well organized, meticulous and have excellent time-management skills
- Highly motivated with a phenomenal attention to detail
- Ability to lead and empower team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (emphasis on Teams and Outlook)
- Expert in Microsoft Excell
- Experienced in commercial plumbing projects, either via bid process or project management
- Strong understanding of the Quotations Process
- Flexibility and adaptability, as this position often requires multi-tasking

Pay Range:

$21.41 - $46.54-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
