Designation: Lead - Quality Assurance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensure that processes are efficient and productive
• Manage the non-conformance process and drive timely root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions of product and process nonconformities during UAV production and post-delivery
• Debug and perform system/subsystem failure analysis using root cause analysis methods
• Communicate with all levels of staff and departments to resolve internal and external challenges
• Ensure appropriate CAPA by respective process owners, and create roadmaps for improvement opportunities
• Manage the control of non-conforming material (MRB and SCRAP Process)
• Manage the control over tool and equipment accountability, availability and calibration
• Monitor the safe handling and management of UAV batteries
• Conduct Kaizen sessions to drive quality processes and product improvements in line with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, in accordance with ISO9001 / AS9100 requirements.

Skills Required

  • Experience managing QA operations in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing non-conformance processes, MRB and scrap workflows
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis and performing system/subsystem failure analysis
  • Ability to drive CAPA and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 quality management system requirements
  • Experience conducting Kaizen or continuous improvement sessions
  • Experience managing tool/equipment accountability, availability and calibration
  • Knowledge of safe handling and management of UAV batteries
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills to resolve internal and external challenges
