We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to lead our QA initiatives and team members. This position is responsible for building out our QA processes with a particular focus on implementing automated testing. This is a unique opportunity to shape quality assurance and the testing processes of our team.
Responsibilities- Establish and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices from the ground up
- Design and build-out the testing infrastructure and framework
- Create comprehensive testing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Implement automated test suites and continuous integration pipelines
- Define quality metrics and establish reporting processes
- Document QA processes and procedures
- Train and mentor future QA team members
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle
- Evaluate and recommend QA tools and technologies
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Proven experience with Playwright testing suite
- Track record of establishing QA processes and best practices
- Experience building testing frameworks and infrastructure from scratch
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, .NET, or Python preferred)
- On-site 5 days a week in Fort Wayne, IN
Preferred
- Proficiency in Ascential Test
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and implementation
- Expertise in testing methodologies (TDD, BDD)
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
- API testing experience
- Performance testing knowledge and experience
