We are looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through social media platforms, ensuring meaningful interactions and supporting business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage social media platforms daily.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and direct messages professionally.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on business requirements.
• Initiate conversations with prospective clients through social media.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
• Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture potential opportunities.
• Engage with online communities to increase brand visibility.
• Track and report lead generation and engagement metrics.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
