The Role
Lead QA responsible for all testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, system, acceptance), test planning, strategy, estimation, and reporting. Act as SME for assigned module, participate in design meetings, support agile practices, own feature quality through UAT and production tracing, and manage/mentor the QA team while collaborating with development, product, and support.
