About the Role
We are seeking a Master’s-level professional to join our Neuropsychology team as a Regional Psychometry Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the Practice Leader and Director by providing oversight and support for psychometrists across the region. You will ensure clinical proficiency, professional development, competency, and training for psychometrists while helping navigate day-to-day operations of our Grand Rapids and Muskegon Neuropsychology clinics. This position also plays a key role in developing and implementing regional policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical
- Administer neuropsychological test batteries under supervision of a licensed Neuropsychologist.
- Accurately score and document test results and patient behavioral observations.
- Review patient EHR for triage and eligibility for neuropsychological services.
- Assist in staff education programs, professional development, and implementation of new processes.
- Participate in research activities and weekly case conferences.
Administrative
- Coordinate daily operations and clinical functions for regional clinics.
- Monitor scheduling and ensure clinic census meets volume goals.
- Assist with policy development, staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee fiscal responsibilities, including purchasing test instruments and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health system policies, accreditation standards, and state/federal regulations.
- Provide supervision and training to interns and psychometrists.
Qualifications
Education
- Minimum: Master’s degree from an accredited program in Psychology or related specialty.
Licensure & Credentials
- Preferred:
- National Board of Psychometrist Certification
- Michigan Board of Psychology licensure as a Limited Licensed Psychologist or related specialty
Experience
- Preferred:
- Two years of experience in psychometric testing in outpatient/inpatient settings
- Leadership or coordinator experience in a medical or ambulatory setting
- Experience training others in psychological test administration and professional development
Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of psychological terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Computer proficiency in EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and related software
- Preferred: Bilingual
