We are looking for an experienced Project Risk Manager to oversee and manage the risk assessment processes for key projects and initiatives within our organization. This role will focus on identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and delivering comprehensive risk reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining high business and regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for the following:
Manage the project risk assessment process for the Project Risk Management vertical.
Provide risk governance and recommendations to mitigate risks from new initiatives by analyzing end-to-end business processes.
Drive collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Tech) to ensure fulfillment of action items after risk assessments.
Ensure that products meet business readiness standards and regulatory compliance.
Provide timely reporting of risk exposures to stakeholders (e.g., Councils, BROC), enabling business units to manage risks at the first line of defense.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in risk management, process improvement, and project management, ideally within the digital and/or financial industry.
Expertise in project and program management with strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to assess, recommend, and execute improvements on programs and solution designs.
Strategic thinker with logical reasoning skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels and teams.
Experience in applying risk management principles in project design and delivery.
Ability to facilitate discussions and presentations, engaging cross-functional teams in executing projects.
