Position SummaryThe Lead Project Program Manager leads the project management of identifying, curating, and mapping learning resources to the AT&T Technology Services (ATS) Growth Hub skills platform. Growth Hub is AT&T's home-grown skills platform that captures workforce skill capability across roles in software development, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data science, cloud computing and more. This role partners closely with the ATS Governance team, L&D design team, and learning business partners to ensure the right learning resources are aligned to the right skills — enabling employees to close skill gaps and accelerate development across the Technology organization.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage the end-to-end identification, vetting, and mapping of learning resources (courses, videos, learning paths) to Growth Hub skills and role-based learning paths.
- Partner with the ATS Governance team to align on skill taxonomy, learning path scope, and ongoing governance decisions.
- Coordinate with vendors including LinkedIn Learning, Udemy Business, content sourcing, contract execution, and content quality.
- Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder communications across L&D, ATS Governance, and business unit leadership.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that track learning path completions, adoption, content coverage, and skill gap closure progress.
- Support the transition and integration of Growth Hub with the Cornerstone LXP.
- Manage active workstreams including LinkedIn Chapter Builds, Udemy sandbox validation, supervisor learning plans, and Business & Product learning plans.
- Partner with L&D instructional design and learning business partners to surface gaps and prioritize new content development.
- 5–7 years of project or program management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder programs across vendors, governance bodies, and business partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Direct vendor management experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- Learning & Development Experience preferred.
- Technical fluency across one or more Growth Hub skill domains (AI, cybersecurity, cloud, data science, software engineering, network engineering).
- Familiarity with Cornerstone LXP and/or other skills platforms (Degreed, EdCast).
- Prior experience in L&D, learning technology, or skills-based workforce planning.
Minimal; occasional travel for vendor and stakeholder engagements.
