The G-3 Force Management Analyst conducts Manpower Studies and Assessments in accordance with (IAW) the INSCOM Manpower project plan. The Analyst will assist in developing a Manpower Studies plan IAW Army Regulation (AR) 570-4 guidelines by researching the force structure associated with the INSCOM Major Subordinate Command (MSC) associated Manpower Study and present an execution plan to the government Technical Task Manager (TTM).
Services to be performed:

Develop a proposed Manpower Studies plan;

Conduct research of missions, roles, functions, and tasks;

Conduct business process interviews;
-
Conduct workload analysis of mission tasks;

Develop reports of analytical results;

Assist in the development of Manpower Studies results briefings.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Tasker Management Tool (TMT) experience required
-
Experience with Executive Assistant (EA) experience
-
Six (6) years of military Intelligence (MI) operations experience, with at least one (1) year of MI operations within the past five (5) years OR Four (4) years of managing military Intelligence operations at the brigade S3 level or above.
Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI (must be willing to undergo a Counterintelligence Polygraph if directed by client)
