The Impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects that align with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and fostering stakeholder engagement.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Assemble and manage project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.
- Risk & Quality Management:
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate control processes.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor progress against KPIs and project milestones.
- Prepare and present reports on project health, budget, and timelines to leadership.
Talents Needed for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience managing projects in IT, infrastructure, or business process improvement.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SDLC and change management processes.
