This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client goals and Siepe’s delivery standards. The Project Manager collaborates closely with Sales Engineers, Product, Implementation, Operations, Technology, and Relationship Management teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans, track deliverables, and maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

A successful onboarding experience defines the client’s first impression and sets the foundation for long-term satisfaction and retention. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring each new engagement is well coordinated, clearly scoped, and delivered on time, establishing trust and confidence from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Convert intake documentation provided by the Sales Engineer into a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) and Project Plan.
  • Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
  • Hold regular client-facing calls to review progress, discuss blockers, and align on next steps.
  • Provide consistent, clear, and proactive status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track open tasks, dependencies, and decisions across teams to ensure forward momentum.
  • Partner with Product, Implementation, Operations, Technology, and Relationship Management teams to drive completion of configuration, data integration, and validation activities.
  • Identify and escalate risks, delays, and scope changes early to maintain transparency and control.
  • Hold both internal and external stakeholders accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to process standardization for future onboardings.
  • Identify recurring onboarding challenges and collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows.
  • Champion client advocacy and operational excellence across all onboarding engagements.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of project management experience within B2B financial technology, SaaS, or managed services.
  • Experience working with investment managers or alternative investment technology and service providers (CLOs, private credit, structured finance) is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • PMP or other project management certification preferred but not required.
  • Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
