Job Description:
Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities

  • Gathers business requirements and translates them for project teams. Manages all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.
  • Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
  • Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources.
  • Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicates project statuses to stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience


Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, print production, specializing in the development, management, and optimization of direct mail programs, or related field
  • You are a print expert and a strategic thinker - ready to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in production and distribution.
  • highly organized and detail-oriented - able to develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
  • In-depth knowledge of print production processes, including pre-press, printing, and finishing
  • Proficient in fundamental direct mail principles, such as list selection, data strategy, effective creative, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with postal optimization, with a solid understanding of USPS promotions, incentive programs, and payment processes
  • Familiarity with postal regulations and data privacy laws
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and customers.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
