As  a  Technical Perfumery Reformulation Manager you will be in charge of optimising the resources and the results of the reformulation activities the company is confronted with every year to defend its business.

The role is based  in Tlalnepantla on a hybrid working scheme.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead and manage reformulation projects across 8,000+ fragrance formulas globally.
  • Drive value creation initiatives related to regulatory compliance, sustainability, supply continuity, and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate and monitor reformulation activities to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Support crisis management efforts by developing proactive solutions to raw material supply disruptions.
  • Partner with Technical Perfumers to prioritize and execute reformulation projects effectively.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track project status and business impact.
  • Optimize ingredient utilization and contribute to portfolio simplification initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor Reformulation Project Coordinators, ensuring appropriate prioritization and workload management.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve processes, data quality, and system effectiveness.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Perfumery, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Significant experience in fragrance development, reformulation, technical project management, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of fragrance raw materials and formulation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
