The EPC planner is the single point of contact for the project schedule and is accountable for the schedule quality and project on-time delivery. The position reports to the Global Planning Leader for Subsea and is dotted line to the Project Director.

Partner with the best

Responsible for building overall project schedule and project on-time delivery. You will manage product level planners to ensure the overall project delivers successfully to our customers.

As an EPC Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling management & ensuring its quality and accuracy of project.
• Coordinating and collaborating with the product line planners to ensure overall quality and accuracy of the schedule & portion of the plan
• Plan tasks to be performed in the 3 – 6 weeks & Check for risks in schedules and mitigation actions    
• Provide relevant reports to to ensure the right decisions are madeon driving on time and on budget project execution.
• Supporting customers with current situation, challenges % opportunities.
• Adhere to the approved processes and proactively & drive implementation of new initiatives leading to fully integrated planning.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor or Master Degree (Engineering/Math/Science degree preferred).
• Demonstrate experience in project planning in the subsea industry.
• Demonstrate expertise in use of the Primavera P6 planning tool. Additional knowledge of MRP is required.
• Be able to understand the status of a project and link the schedule to the reality of the execution. The EPC planner will quickly understand the risks and opportunities in the schedule, identify and drive appropriate actions.
• Have strong expertise in planning of a large project as well as use of the Primavera P6 planning tool.
