The Lead Project Engineer (Media) will be responsible for engaging the implementation of the industrial and infrastructure resources needed to manufacture, according to the goals in terms of quality, costs, time schedule and compliance.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Co-ordinate the industrial and infrastructure resources needed to implement industrial processes
  • Work with related (internal/external) stakeholders in order to ensure the necessary skills matrix and the development of the projects
  • Define and oversee the implementation of industrialisation projects, from the definition of the technical requirements to the implementation to the final qualificaiton of the projects
  • Lead and supervise the implementation of new manufacturing processes
  • Propose technical and innovative solutions by ensuring “technological watch"
  • Conduct and participate in industrial transfers

Qualification & Skills:

Education:

  • BSc/MSc in Engineering or Technical subject

Experiences:

  • At least 5 ~ 10 years relevant proven experiences within operations environment
  • Deep knowledge of technical aspects (automatisation, industrial maintenance)
  • Experiences in bio/pharmaceutical operation will be highly required

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge about industrial process flow of bio/pharmaceutical operation
  • Proven skills in project management and related software
  • Effective & strong leadership skills, inspiring teams
  • Analytical thinking & Effective problem solving
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated / entrepreneurship

Language:

  • Fluent in both English & Korean

Working Conditions/Environment:

  • Willingness to travel locally or globally if needed
