As a Lead Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing projects. You will be accountable for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing guidance to project management professionals. Your strong guiding skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Sr Director Program Management and you’ll work out of our Juarez location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by efficiently executing projects, providing team guidance, strategic planning, quality assurance, risk management, cost management, communication, documentation, process optimization, issue resolution, data thoughtfulness, mentoring and development, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will contribute to the organization's overall success and performance-driven in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Attend and provide relevant insights and guidance in the Blueprint/build and roll out phases 
  • Ensure correct resource allocation for Blueprint , Build and Rollout phases of the program
  • Start preparing and facilitating discussions with Business Leaders & S4 leaders 
  • Ensures E2E processes & handoffs are well vetted & gaps, workaround processes captured
  • SteerCO attandance, and relevant Program MOS
  • Overseeing deviations approval process & workaround build in case of rejected deviations 
  • Supporting Business case developments in aprtnership with S4 Leader, L2 leaders for propsoed developments 
  • Ensure Process compliance
  • Act as Escalation Point for the Function in case issues are raised by Leadership teams
  • Own the decision to approve KDDs/PDDs and relevant Foundational process changes, and facilitate adoption within the operational levels. Reverse decision or support redesign in case the business needs demands it
  • Owns transformation outcomes and alignment to business case & vision
  • Decisions for major cross-workstream, SBG- and cross-business model trade-offs 
  • Encourages  70/20/10 GDM adherence, with a Customer centric mindset
  • Escalates to SteerCo and S4 Leader for enterprise impacting decisions or viceversa enterprise decisions impacting the business
  • Maintain integrated view of execution across workstreams 
  • Manage cross-value stream dependencies and partners with S4 Leader  for status reporting
  • Ensures alignment between Business &  Corp Functions
  • Ensures extended program team has a shared view of program health, risks
  • Partners with S4 Leader on program updates, representing his/her function
  • Advise on relevant test cases for BA Build and Solution walkthroughs
  • Supports Business Readiness assessment through the various program phases
  • Supports Communication Plans to the plants in scope for BA and acts as a change agent
  • Partners with Business VP counterparts in the region / business to enable the change
  • Highlight the unique processes/capabilities that BA currently uses that produce high financial value/critical customer outcomes that must be preserved and/or proven to be sustained in S/4

Qualifications

MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in projects, P&L, ISC and Finance Metrics
  • Bachelor or Master degrees
  • SAP Savy
  • Previous experience in large projects/programs
  • Customer Centric and relentless accountability
  • MS office : medium
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within the region
  • Ability to influence and self motivator
