The Lead Program Manager serves an instrumental role in delivering CXone infrastructure and key initiatives the marketplace. Fulfilling a high visibility role on cross-department projectteams, the Program Manager will help drive, plan, and coordinate development and compliance activities from concept to completion. This person is responsible for participating in and leading a cross-department, multi-discipline team to implement, deliver product vision, providetransparency and visibility with executive sponsors, and manage dependencies to removeroadblocks and ensure the teams’ success.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Technical or industry certifications
- 5+ years of Program, Project, or Product Management experience using formal techniques and principles
- 1+ years of demonstrated success defining and launching products
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience writing software specifications
- 2+ years of project leadership in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to translate non-technical feature descriptions into structured use cases, requirements, and specifications for technical audiences
- Ability to interact well with technical and non-technical people and serve as a bridge to translate complex requirements and concepts
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts and strategic project status to Executive Management and partner organizations
- Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Working knowledge of and significant experience working in various project methodologies within a single program
- Versatility with management tools including ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, MSProject, Salesforce
- Strong technical background with experience in communications, telephony, hosted solutions, or contact center-related fields
- Experience with systems and network infrastructure architecture design and implementation
- Leadership of other Project Managers, Analysts, and project contributors
- Experience working with object-oriented software development, web services, web development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, RUP, and preferably serving as a Scrum Master
- Experience with user acceptance testing, regression testing, integration testing, and design/process modeling
- PMP certification
