Requirement:
- Minimum 8+ Years of experience.
- Ability to write clear functional specifications and user stories
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Good communication skills – ability to articulate business needs to technical teams and vice versa
- Experience with documentation and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. (preferred)
- Knowledge of integration scenarios (API-based or otherwise) and their functional implications (optional, but desirable)
- Willingness to learn and adapt – especially to internal proprietary tools
- Proven expertise in crafting functional designs and communicating complex, multi-system banking solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Hands-on on SQL queries
- Excellent logical analysis skills
- Excellent functional analysis skills
- Client exposure (Interactions with client team on requirement analysis and design, problem resolution)
- Delivery planning for functional stories
- BFSI domain exposure (desirable)
