Experience: 3+ years in Agile/SaaS Product Management or Engineering.
Mindset: Open-minded, curious about customer problems, and passionate about applying new technologies to solve real-world challenges.
Execution: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experienced in breaking down features, writing user stories, and launching enterprise platform products.
Collaboration: Team player with a strong independent work ethic, able to informally guide new team members and build internal relationships.
Tools & Methodologies: Proficient in Agile methodologies and JIRA; able to lead product development meetings and improve the product life cycle.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data, Computer Science, Information Science, Business, or IT.
Attributes: Strategic, user-centric thinker with excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and time/project management skills.
