1. Own and clearly articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead and orchestrate delivery across multiple Agile squads, providing guidance and support to Product Owners to ensure consistent product management practices.
3. Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather and refine customer and business requirements that feed the Agile delivery process. 4. Translate business needs into well-defined product roadmaps, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and managing cross-product and cross-platform dependencies.
5. Serve as the primary decision-maker for product scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
6. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure readiness across multiple squads, value delivery, and alignment with broader modernization initiatives.
7. Assess and group BAU (business-as-usual) and steady-state work into themes to drive a consistent and scalable approach to recurring business and operational demands.
8. Lead strategic planning efforts to identify opportunities to reduce recurring BAU work through technology upgrades & automation, and support modernization initiatives, including platform evolution and the reduction of mainframe dependencies
9. Partner with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and SDET teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable delivery.
10. Support release planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies, if required.
11. Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
