We are looking for a Lead, Product Operations to drive consistency and operational excellence across product teams, ensuring that performance is continually measured, optimized, and aligned with business goals. Successful candidates have extensive product operations experience, with a demonstrable background in establishing best practices, operational processes, tooling, and KPIs working with a variety of key stakeholders and partners in business verticals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Operational Standardization: Define and implement standardized processes, best practices, KPIs, and operational frameworks to drive consistency across product teams. 

  • Tooling and Technology Implementation: Identify, develop, and maintain the tools and systems required to support product operations, ensuring alignment with business needs. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Commercialization, Client Services teams to align on operational best practices and execution strategies.  

  • Process Optimization and Automation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining workflows, automating reporting and data correlation processes, and enhancing visibility into key metrics.  

  • AI-Driven Tooling and Optimization: Define, implement, and drive adoption of standardized AI tools to enhance efficiency and consistency in product management practices. Ensure these tools support operational workflows, improve decision-making, and optimize overall product operations. 

  • Data-Driven Insights and Reporting: Leverage business and market intelligence to inform decision-making, ensuring that leadership has clear visibility into operational performance through regular reporting.  

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and performance metrics. 

Qualifications: 

  • 6-10 years of experience in product operations

  • Proven capability to develop, standardize, and optimize processes, tooling, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple teams, demonstrated by measurable improvement metrics.  

  • Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies, operational automation, data analysis and process improvement methodologies.

  • Demonstrable thought leadership, utilizing dynamic communication and collaboration skills, able to autonomously operate at all levels of an organization.

  • Familiarity of utilizing AI in product operations and products.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position in the United States is: $138,000 - $172,000 USD.
