We are looking for a seasoned product marketing leader who will serve as the voice of the customer - informing the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy in the following areas of the business: Childcare, senior care, tutoring, and the HomePay product offering. 

Note: This position is hybrid (Mon/Wed/Thurs in office) in Dallas, TX

What You’ll be Working on:

  • Analyze Customer Behavior: Identify engagement barriers and motivators to understand critical customer journeys.
  • Become a Product and Market Expert: Conduct competitive analysis to identify product gaps, opportunities, and differentiators for business growth.
  • Drive Product Adoption: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and naming, to increase awareness and feature adoption.
  • Develop Product Messaging: Lead product and consumer messaging, collaborating with Brand and Legal to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Lead Market-Based Innovation: Identify, propose, and execute innovation initiatives driven by market trends and customer needs but do not require Product development.
  • Create and Maintain Go-to-Market Guides: Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market guides for each business line in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Product Marketing Expertise: 7-10 years of experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies in a high-growth environment.
  • Consumer-Centric Messaging: Proven ability to translate product features into compelling, customer-focused messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Extensive experience partnering with Product, UX, SEM, SEO, and other teams on merchandising, positioning, and monetization.
  • Customer-Driven Innovation: Passion for customer insights and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Effective Communication: Strong ability to write clear briefs and meeting summaries.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive and Independent: Self-starter with a strong bias for action and exceptional follow-through.
  • Leadership and Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Bonus: Experience supporting a dual-sided online marketplace.

Salary Range: $122,000-$153,000.

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including location, experience, and performance. This is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package, which includes bonuses, long-term incentives, and a variety of benefits like health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
