The Lead Product Marketing role will support high-impact marketing strategy for AT&T’s total consumer portfolio, including Wireless, Fiber, and 5G Home Internet. This role helps drive portfolio growth through customer insight, local market intelligence, disciplined execution, and close partnership with regional leadership, strategy, and cross-functional teams across AT&T.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop integrated marketing strategy across Wireless, Fiber, and 5G Home Internet, aligning portfolio priorities with business objectives, brand positioning, customer needs, and local market dynamics.
- Analyze consumer, competitive, and geographic insights to identify growth opportunities and inform investment priorities.
- Collaborate with regional leadership, strategy teams, and cross-functional partners to translate enterprise priorities into locally relevant marketing plans.
- Develop forward-looking recommendations by monitoring industry shifts, customer behavior, competitive moves, and regional performance trends.
- Evaluate commercialization opportunities and recommend marketing support needed to accelerate adoption.

- Experience in go-to-market strategy, positioning, business case evaluation, and scenario planning across wireless, broadband, or integrated connectivity categories.
- Strong storyteller who can translate complex technical and market dynamics into clear, customer-focused narratives.
- Supports portfolio marketing strategies that advance enterprise priorities, reflect local market needs, and align regional leadership, strategy, and cross-functional teams across AT&T.
- Manages functional workstreams from strategy through execution, often hands-on in design, coordination, and implementation.
- Operates as an individual contributor, coordinating across teams without direct supervisory responsibility.
