You will lead a Brazil-based Scrum team in a co-development model with ESS and other global squads translating regional priorities into clear outcomes, accelerating Credit Decisioning roadmap delivery, launching and evolving DataHub for IDF Brazil, and advancing the Mappers-to-DataHub path with clear metrics and predictable execution.

Lead discovery and delivery: build and prioritize the roadmap and backlog in partnership with Design, Architecture, and Engineering defining journeys, hypotheses, and success metrics, and ensuring platform-ready requirements (APIs, data contracts, security/compliance) aligned to global DataHub standards.
Own the execution plan for the Mappers-to-DataHub evolution, including discovery, sequencing, stakeholder alignment, and customer impact management.
Serve as the primary product voice for DataHub in Brazil connecting Product, Design, Engineering, Architecture, Legal/Compliance, and commercial stakeholders to deliver DataHub & Partner Ecosystem outcomes across Credit and ID&F initiatives in a global context.
