Want to help employers deliver meaningful financial wellness benefits to their teams? Financial inequality is increasing, and too many people are getting left behind. At Stash, we’re passionate about democratizing wealth creation through education, advice, and products that help customers achieve greater financial freedom. We also believe in working smarter—leveraging AI and emerging technologies to move faster, operate more efficiently, and focus our time on solving meaningful problems for our customers.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our B2B efforts for the StashWorks product. StashWorks is an existing platform that plays a critical role in bringing modern, accessible fintech solutions to the workplace. with a small but growing set of clients, and this role will be responsible for evolving the product, scaling its capabilities, and driving its next phase of development. You will own the overall product roadmap while partnering closely with our StashWorks General Manager (GM) to support sales cycles and expand our employer footprint.

You’ll operate at the intersection of product strategy, fintech, and go-to-market execution — refining a live product, incorporating real customer feedback, and balancing near-term commercial needs with long-term platform maturity.

What you'll do:

  • Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Stashworks, building on an existing foundation to support scale, growth, and reliability.
  • Partner closely with the General Manager during active sales cycles, including customer conversations, demos, and solution shaping.
  • Translate feedback into Agent-ready specs and logic flows. You won't just write vague requirements; you will use AI to prototype the initial concepts and define the strict logic our engineering Agents need to execute.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, legal, marketing, and customer success to deliver iterative product improvements and new capabilities.
  • Evolve core B2B functionality such as employer-facing tools, onboarding and implementation flows, integrations, and administrative experiences.
  • Ensure the product continues to meet fintech, compliance, data security, and operational requirements as the client base grows.
  • Use data, customer insights, and qualitative feedback to evaluate performance, inform tradeoffs, and guide ongoing optimization.

What we're looking for:

  • Deep comfort using modern AI tools (Claude Opus, GPT, Figma AI, etc.) to accelerate your own workflow, analyze customer data, and bridge the gap between idea and execution. You view AI as your co-pilot.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful experience building and scaling B2B products in the employer benefits space.
  • Fintech experience, including familiarity with financial products or regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap for a live product with active customers.
  • Experience supporting sales or go-to-market efforts, including direct customer-facing engagements.
  • Strong ability to align cross-functional teams and make high-velocity decisions. Engineering is moving faster than ever; you must be able to manage tradeoffs and drive alignment without slowing down the factory.
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) as a core part of daily workflows, driving productivity and enhancing output quality, alongside a commitment to continuously developing AI expertise
  • Consistent integration of AI into workflows and decision-making, with strong judgment—validating outputs, adhering to Stash guidelines (especially for sensitive data), and owning the quality of AI-assisted work
  • Comfort operating in environments where the product is evolving and processes are still being refined.

Gold Stars:

  • Experience partnering closely with sales, account management, and/or customer success teams
  • Experience with payroll and/or HCM integrations
  • Has driven product improvements based on early customer traction and feedback
