About the Team

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own a portfolio of value streams within Connect Platform - the commercial and regulatory backbone of our MVNE / Telco-as-a-Service platform, through which, partners embed mobile connectivity into their own products. You will own strategy, execution and performance end to end, hold the dependencies across Consumer teams and the wider platform, and translate a complex regulatory landscape into everyday product decisions. It is a senior, high-autonomy hybrid role: hands-on delivery alongside setting direction and the quality bar for the product managers in your domain. We are hiring in Berlin and Lisbon, and you can expect to travel once or twice per quarter, mostly in Europe.

About the Role

• Own a portfolio of Connect API value streams end to end - strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption and commercial performance - including regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Set multi-quarter direction and sequencing, balancing near-term partner commitments against structural improvements, along with some ad-hoc tasks.
• Run several parallel streams: hold the dependency map across Connect API teams and the wider platform and resolve conflicts before they become delivery risk.
• Write precise requirements and drive fast, predictable delivery - clear scope, acceptance criteria and timelines across teams.
• Make regulation daily product work (KYC, EU telco regulation, Number portability, fraud) rather than a final gate.
• Align executive stakeholders act as the senior product counterpart for partners, carriers & national regulators and set the bar for the PMs in your domain.

About You

Must Have

• 7+ years in product management mainly in B2B/B2B2X, with proven track record leading multiple value streams in parallel, within a wide product portfolio, across various surfaces coupled with at least 1-year leading PMs.
• Technically fluent: strong understanding of complex multi-party API platforms - API design and lifecycle, partner integrations, authentication, webhooks/events, versioning - and able to hold credible technical discussions with engineering.
• Highly structured and detail-oriented, with a high bar for precision requirements, prioritization and follow-through.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management across engineering, commercial, finance and legal/compliance, including executives and external partners.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and at pace: extreme ownership, confident decisions with incomplete information, bias for long-term structural fixes.
• Solid understanding of regulated-product compliance (KYC, GDPR, telco and/or payments) plus billing and payment flows (charging, invoicing, reconciliation, PSPs, refunds).
• Strong judgment; experience mentoring product managers; relevant degree; fluent English.

• Experience in telecommunications, eSIM or another heavily regulated platform environment.
• MBA degree
