What you'll be doing
Owning the strategy and roadmap for Ethena's learning experience: deciding what topics we cover, how deep we go, and which regulations and geographies we serve, all while creating compelling training that employees actually engage with
Contributing to our software roadmap - owning select features end to end and making sharp, well-reasoned cases for what we build and why
Developing a deep understanding of our customers, our competitors, and our market, and turning that understanding into decisions
Crafting exceptionally clear product specifications and content strategies that skillfully navigate complexity - articulating hard tradeoffs to everyone in the room
Using AI tools fluently across your work - customer research, data analysis, content development, prototyping - to move faster and see further. (To be clear: AI sharpens good product judgment; it doesn't substitute for it. We're looking for the judgment.)
Collaborating with our learning experience, design, and engineering teams
Owning go to market and enablement motions for your products, proving clarity across the organization about what we're building, why, and when it’s launching
Raising the bar for the whole product function, working with our VP of product to evolve and level up our ways of working
