We're seeking a full-time Lead Product Manager, reporting to the Sr. Director of Product, to lead the strategy and roadmap for SpringWorks, our full-service workplace solution that helps Managers and HR Leaders build mentally thriving teams and workplace cultures. This role requires balancing complex technical and operational challenges while ensuring an effortless user experience, driving both business success and meaningful outcomes for employees, managers, HR leaders, and Providers. Some travel required (<25%). Spring Health HQ is in NYC, but we are open to remote candidates working east coast hours.
What you’ll be doing:
Product Strategy Leadership
- Define and drive the 12–24 month product strategy and roadmap for SpringWorks, aligning with Spring Health’s mission to create mentally thriving workplaces.
- Anticipate evolving customer needs across Spring Health Customers’ HR teams, managers, employees, and dedicated clinicians—and deliver innovative solutions that scale operationally and clinically.
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on customer feedback and data.
- Clearly articulate product impact to senior leadership and customers, tying updates to broader company strategy and business priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to launch and scale SpringWorks initiatives.
- Foster strong alignment across teams by deeply understanding internal and external stakeholder needs and ensuring the delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to demonstrate the value of SpringWorks early and often in customer engagements.
- Advocate for customer-focused solutions that enhance their experience while improving operational efficiencies.
- Present data-driven insights on the competitive landscape and user behavior to inform product decisions.
Execute & Deliver High-Impact Products
- Lead the full product lifecycle—from problem discovery to launch—ensuring SpringWorks features are high-quality, on time, and deliver real impact.
- Translate business and clinical operations needs into clear customer and business problems for Engineering, Design, and Data Science.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, design, and data science teams to build and launch high-quality solutions that transform complex workflows into simple, streamlined processes.
- Design and optimize product experiences that improve logistics, scheduling, and clinical workflows across the Spring Health platform for all SpringWorks use cases.
- Proactively manage scope, risks, and dependencies to keep teams focused and productive.
- Optimize and refine product development processes to ensure timely delivery of the most impactful features.
- Build scalable systems that support growth in new customers and geographies while maintaining a seamless experience for all users.
What success looks like in this role:
- Clear, executive-level storytelling around the strategic impact of SpringWorks
- Well-defined, 12-mo rolling product roadmap that aligns with stakeholders’ pain points
- Timely delivery of SpringWorks initiatives and product/feature iterations
- High customer adoption, customer satisfaction, and increased operational scalability
- Cross-functional team alignment
What we expect from you:
- You’ve worked for 6-8+ years in a product management capacity at a technology-driven organization and have deep experience delivering tech-enabled services, in collaboration with technology and operations teams
- You have experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
- You have successfully shipped B2B2C products that have driven high win rates, user satisfaction, and engagement
- You have experience meeting directly with large enterprise customers and product users to deep-dive on requirements, present roadmaps, and demo product functionality
- You have experience planning for and running sprint ceremonies, ensuring the team is energized and inspired to work on the highest value product areas during each development cycle
- You have experience building products for the enterprise, developing compelling roadmaps that inspire customers, and delivering value and ROI to the end users and their business
- You are empathetic - listening, understanding, and anticipating the needs of customers and users
- You have an outstanding track record of owning a set of product features, defining a 6-12 month strategy and roadmap for a product area, and consistently delivering on KPIs
- You have worked in an ever-changing environment and are able to drive detailed trade-offs during the entire product life cycle
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguous and complex problem areas
- You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and are equally comfortable balancing tactical and strategic execution
- You have the mental resilience to know that we're just at the start of a long journey in which change is constant
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders
- You possess strong organizational and project management skills, and are careful and accurate with details
- You possess excellent product judgment; ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholders need

- Quantitative background (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
- Master’s degree or MBA
The target base salary range for this position is $194,080 - $220,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
