Join the Fulfilment team at Grab - a dynamic mix of product managers, engineers, data scientists, product analysts, and designers. Together, our mission is to leverage technology to empower Grab users, enabling quality data-driven decisions and providing best-in-class delivery and transportation services across the region.
You will be presented with exciting opportunities in the space of automation and AI to change the way we observe, understand and manage the marketplace. Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Head of Product for Scaled Ops, you will lead efforts to build and enhance an integrated suite of internal tools designed to scale operations via automation, advanced diagnostics and comprehensive insights into marketplace health, competitive landscape, and performance metrics for merchants and driver partners.
This is a hybrid role, based in our office in South Jakarta.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead a team in building a data foundation and creating necessary data visualization and insights tools to empower users to run the businesses.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers and other stakeholders to define a cohesive strategy, maintain a prioritized product backlog, and deliver delightful and impactful user experiences.
- Balance qualitative sense-making with quantitative, data-driven insights; ensure all decisions are grounded in analysis and practical understanding.
- Explain complex technical concepts and product strategies to varied audiences.
- Define success metrics and measure the impact of your work to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 5 years of direct experience in product management at a tech company.
- Experience launching new products or features, with clear metrics and impact.
- A strategic thinker with a "dream big, start small" mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong empathy for users, with a genuine desire to solve their pain points.
- An owner's mindset - you can solve challenges head-on.
- Clear articulation in communicating and presenting ideas to easily collaborate stakeholders with a technical and non-technical background.
- Background in data analytics or data engineering
