Position: Leader with excellent communication skills and relevant experience delivering software products in a product management/product owner/business analyst capacity or similar, to design and develop new Appian product features by planning and prioritizing feature backlog for one or more major product areas. Apply understanding of the market and usage of Appian software to operate as Product Owner within one or more scrum teams to drive execution of product vision and delivery of high-quality features, collaborating with stakeholders to understand market demand to generate and get buy-in on product vision/priorities. Lead release-planning effort for one or more teams, planning and executing multiple iterations of feature delivery both within and across releases. Initiate new major product offering and demonstrate feature increments at spring review meetings. Mentor junior Product Owners for efficacity and career growth. Cross-collaborate with other Appian departments and mentor less experienced Product Managers.

Requirements: Master's in CS, MIS, Eng., Eng. Mgmt. or related + min. 4 year exp. in job offered or as Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst or in lieu of the employer will accept Bachelor's in CS, MIS, Eng., Eng. Mgmt. or related + min. 8 years in job offered or as Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst.
