We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to own and scale Nike’s Inventory Decision Platform for omnichannel fulfillment, a mission-critical capability to enable intelligent inventory forecasting and allocation decisions, demand-supply matching across channels and fulfilment node and optimised inventory utilisation,
As a Lead Product Manager working in the Supply Chain Planning technology team, you will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Global Supply chain operations, driving the inventory decisioning platform at scale.
You will partner closely with:
Engineering and Data Science teams building optimisation and decision systems
Global & Geo Supply Chain teams managing inventory flow, allocation policies, and execution
Product, Architecture, and Data teams shaping the broader planning and inventory ecosystem
Business stakeholders across digital, retail, and fulfilment channels
You will act as the single point owner enabling the success of inventory decisioning products by aligning business priorities with technology strategy and execution.
Who we are looking for8–12 years of experience in Product Management and atleast 3+ years as a Product lead for Supply Chain domains
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
Strong supply chain depth (inventory, planning, or fulfilment domains)
Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product direction
Data-driven mindset with focus on decisioning, trade-offs, and business outcomes
Clear and crisp communication adapted to technical and business audiences
Familiarity with supply chain forecasting / optimisation models or ML-driven decision systems
Nice to have exposure to packaged solutions like O9, Blue Yonder
As a Lead Product manager you will bring in
Inventory Decisions Domain Expertise
To drive omnichannel fulfilment capabilities across inventory forecasting, allocation, replenishment, visibility and deployment
Define decision logic for balancing: - Demand vs supply | Channel and marketplace priorities | Service levels, speed, and profitability
Enable dynamic decisioning using real-time signals, constraints, and optimisation logic
Partner with business teams to evolve policies, rules, and decision frameworks
Product Excellence
Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery
Translate complex supply chain problems into scalable decisioning platform capabilities
Manage backlog, prioritisation, and execution with engineering and data science teams
Drive PI planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking
Track value, adoption, and business impact (e.g., service levels, inventory utilisation, decision accuracy)
Skills Required
- 8-12 years of Product Management experience with at least 3+ years as a Product lead in Supply Chain domains
