The Portfolio Management System (PMS) team is looking for a product manager to lead the development of IBOR and ABOR functionality. In this role, you will own the roadmap, backlog, development, testing, and implementation of Enfusion’s IBOR and ABOR capabilities to its customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, account managers, and sales to advance our offering. We are looking for a product manager who is excited to design and build the next generation of our products’ capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Product Design & Delivery
Manage a team of business analysts responsible for creating functional specifications.
Design IBOR and ABOR functionality across Enfusion’s PMS and General Ledger.
Collaborate with other product managers, software architects, sales, and account management to define and maintain an IBOR/ABOR roadmap.
Partner with engineers and quality assurance throughout the development process to ensure work progresses smoothly.
Maintain a software development delivery schedule to support timely client onboardings.
Client & Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with internal sales and account management teams to solution workflows for the firm's most critical prospects and clients.
As the subject matter expert, work with your team of business analysts to solve support inquiries from account management.
Coordinate with the content team on new product content for clients.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in a product or technical role within finance or technology, ideally at a related software vendor or investment management firm.
Strong technical ability: comfort with basic scripting and enough fluency in code to communicate effectively with developers.
Familiarity with core product management practices, including Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a proven ability to draft clear technical specifications for developers.
Salary Range
$179,400.00 - $243,136.45This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
