WHAT WE DO MATTERS:

At The Knot Worldwide, we champion celebration - and that starts with celebrating our people. Our employees are passionate dreamers, thoughtful doers, and lifelong learners who power meaningful moments for millions around the world. We’re united by authentic connection, shared purpose, and a deep commitment to the global community we serve. Here, flexibility and belonging go hand in hand with high performance. Driven by our core values, we believe the best ideas come from empowered teams: those who consistently collaborate with intention to design solutions, spark ideas, and drive impact. Our people are at the heart of our success.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Growth & Lifecycle zone at The Knot Worldwide owns how couples enter their planning journey and how they keep moving through it. As Lead Product Manager, Acquisition, you will own the top of that funnel: how couples discover us, what they experience before they ever log in, and how they cross from anonymous visitor to known couple. You will be the owner of the Acquisition squad, accountable for the strategy, the logged-out experience, and the outcomes that turn demand into account creation, then a clean handoff into the planning experience. You will report to the Senior Director of Product, Growth & Lifecycle and partner daily with marketing, engineering, design, and data science across our Barcelona and US hubs. We are looking for a product leader who runs toward ambiguity, surfaces risk early, sequences by impact rather than by noise, and owns outcomes rather than launches.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive outcome-focused execution. Every bet ties to a user problem, learning agenda, and metric and, with discretion, reads against a clean test; the plan changes when the data or customer problem does.
  • Set the strategy and 1-to-2 year roadmap for top-of-funnel couple acquisition, with a clear, defensible point of view on how paid and organic growth fit together.
  • Own the logged-out experience, and drive clarity on which acquisition surfaces this squad owns versus partner teams, aligning stakeholders and bringing leadership a clear recommendation.
  • Partner with Marketing to set SEO, GEO, and LLM-discoverability strategy: how our pages get surfaced across search and AI answer engines, what we allow AI systems to crawl, and how we measure the opportunity and the risk.
  • Drive conversion through stronger merchandising, a compelling brand presence, and unmistakable clarity on what TKWW does for couples, backed by relentless experimentation on acquisition surfaces.
  • Own account creation and sign-in, and the quality of the handoff into the planning experience.
  • Co-pilot with our Consumer Marketing and Product Marketing leads, treating them as embedded squad members rather than external stakeholders, to rapidly build, test, and scale landing pages and campaigns.
  • Bring the bets, the math, and the tradeoffs to zone leadership, and own the cut-line decisions about what does not make the roadmap.

SUCCESSFUL LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of top-of-funnel growth, logged-out or web acquisition, or conversion-driven consumer experiences at scale
  • A track record of surfacing risk and hard tradeoffs early, and of owning execution risk across cross-functional dependencies through to resolution
  • Fluency in SEO and the emerging GEO and LLM-discoverability space: enough command to co-own the strategy with a specialist as a credible product partner, without needing to be the deepest technical SEO in the room
  • Strong CRO and merchandising instincts, with the habit of A/B testing and experimentation to drive decisions
  • A real point of view on how paid and organic growth reinforce each other
  • A strong, defensible approach to prioritization, and the judgment to sequence by impact under stakeholder or timeline pressure
  • Fluency with data: defining metrics precisely, reasoning about funnel and cohort effects, and using analysis rather than anecdote to make and defend decisions
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, able to drive alignment and decisions without relying on authority
  • The autonomy and operating maturity to own a product area through ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus given the Barcelona hub
  • Passionate about helping people navigate one of the most meaningful and complex decisions of their lives
