Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Lead Product Manager for Growth, Onboarding, Auth, and Rewards. In this role, you will drive product strategies, work closely with cross-functional teams, and focus on enhancing user acquisition, onboarding journeys, authentication processes, and customer rewards systems. You will oversee product development, analyse performance metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and prioritise features to achieve growth objectives. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and user-focused design to drive impactful results for our fast-growing platform.
Requirements
- Min 7 years of experience of proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization
- Strong product management, strategic planning, and team leadership skills
- Experience with user acquisition, onboarding strategies, and customer engagement solutions
- Knowledge of authentication, rewards frameworks, and promotion management
- Proven ability to analyse performance metrics and leverage insights for growth
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in the fintech or investment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
