We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to be the strategic architect and hands-on driver of our member engagement platform. You will define the long-term vision while remaining deeply involved in the daily execution, ensuring every feature aligns with our mission to redefine healthcare.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an early member of our product team you will have the opportunity to shape Biograph's technology, product, and culture.

  • Own the vision and end-to-end strategy for the member lifecycle, ensuring a cohesive and high-conversion experience from onboarding to annual renewal.

  • Lead cross-functional engineering and design teams to build and iterate on the member-facing platform that serves as the digital "home" for their health data.

  • Partner with clinical and operations teams to implement proactive, automated communication triggers that guide members through their personalized health roadmaps.

  • Analyze member engagement data and conduct qualitative interviews to identify friction points, continuously refining the digital interface to improve health literacy and retention.

  • Define the product requirements for longitudinal tracking, ensuring that year-over-year data is presented in a way that highlights meaningful trends and health progress.

  • Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Our rapidly growing start-up is an ideal environment for a team member who is highly motivated, creative, and likes to think outside of the box. You will put your skills to use to help build and establish a platform that will completely change the world of healthcare.

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within the health and wellness industry.

  • You have a 'player-coach' mentality - the ability to architect high-level product strategy while remaining hands-on in writing specs and navigating technical trade-offs.

  • You have a proven track record of translating complex technical or clinical information into intuitive, consumer-friendly digital experiences.

  • You are comfortable working with data to track retention and engagement metrics but possess a deep appreciation for high-end aesthetic design and UX.

  • You thrive in a "builder" environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and create structured product processes where they may not yet exist.

  • Comfortable in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a healthcare technology startup.
