What you'll do
We are seeking a Product Manager specialized in Data to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, your mission is to define, prioritize initiatives and maintain the data platform to maximize value for Doctolib and its users, and ensure their scalability.
Data Product Managers are the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and data teams (Analytics Engineering, Data Science…) to understand their problems and liaise with Data Platform teams to frame, build and maintain the capabilities of the platform that will address them.
This is the most exciting time to join: we are making bold changes towards a more unified, open, scalable and efficient platform in order to enable Doctolib’s AI ambitions. As a PM, one of your key responsibilities will be to contribute to the vision, build the strategy to achieve the vision, monitor the platform capabilities with the right metrics and work with the development team to set the priorities and deliver the initiatives to achieve the vision.
Your responsibilities
- Contribute to the data platform vision and roadmap
- Implement a product management approach to the data platform to optimize impact and scalability of each component/services
- Collaborate with data governance on institutionalizing strong data governance policy for data management
- Define and prioritize solutions
- Lead OKRs definition for your team
- Work with stakeholders and Data teams, to define a roadmap that will achieve vision
- Contribute to short/mid-term prioritization, consulting with stakeholders and Data teams, and find the right resources to improve platform components
- Communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, to ensure that everyone is aligned on the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Understand users problems and make sure products deliver expected impact
- Continuously connect with end-users and evaluate the data platform to ensure its components meet the organization's evolving needs
- Lead discovery, scoping, explorations and work closely with stakeholders and Data teams to ensure that initiatives deliver the expected impact
- Drive data platform adoption working closely with data teams and end-users

Who you are

- At least 7 years experience in Data Engineering or Product Management with data driven products
- Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, and visualization technologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive product vision and strategy
- Passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and creating exceptional user experiences
