Your Opportunity:

You’ll be the product lead in a cross-functional squad, working hand-in-hand with talented designers and engineers to turn deep user insights into impactful product experiences. We run a true product engineering model, and this is a hands-on role: you’ll drive discovery, strategy, delivery, and iteration. The scope is broad, the impact is real, and you’ll ship fast and learn quickly.

We’re a fast-paced, low-hierarchical, and ambitious team. It’s a small setup, so you’ll have visibility and impact from day one. We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas and pushes us to evolve. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll help raise the bar, filling long-term capability gaps and leading the way in how we use emerging tech like AI and LLMs to power discovery, experimentation, and execution.

What you will do:

  • Take end-to-end ownership: Lead your product area from discovery to launch and beyond. You’ll be hands-on every step of the way, validating ideas, scoping solutions, writing tickets, and ensuring smooth delivery.

  • Shape product strategy: Partner with our Head of Product to define and communicate a clear vision for your area, grounded in customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

  • Own the roadmap: Define, prioritize, and deliver a high-impact roadmap. Collaborate with engineering, design, and others to ship features that solve real problems.

  • Know the market: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Use research and data to make smart, confident product decisions.

  • Stay close to customers: Talk to users often. Gather insights, validate problems, and turn feedback into meaningful improvements.

  • Foster collaboration: Help build a culture of learning, excellence, and knowledge-sharing across your squad and the broader product team.

What we need you to bring:

  • High-Agency Ownership: You operate with the scrappy, low-ego mindset of a founder, taking full responsibility for navigating ambiguity and unblocking yourself to drive products from raw idea to high-impact launch.

  • Strategic Growth Intuition: You instinctively balance high-level SaaS strategy with hands-on execution, ruthlessly prioritizing the 20% of effort that will move the needle on core business outcomes like activation and retention.

  • Domain-Agnostic Mastery: With 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, you are a "product chameleon" capable of dropping into any complex problem space—from deep infrastructure to user-facing growth loops—and bringing immediate structural clarity.

  • Bias for Action: You thrive in fast-paced environments, making smart, decisive calls with limited information and maintaining a relentless focus on shipping over perfect clarity.

  • Continuous Evolution: You are obsessed with the "Product Craft," proactively experimenting with new technologies like AI and seeking radical feedback to constantly elevate your own performance and the company’s standards.

  • Data-Fluent Discovery: You are a power user of product analytics and logic, using quantitative signals and sharp user insights to validate "the why" before committing a single line of engineering effort.
