Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join the Specialty Segments team within Consumer Deposits. This team is responsible for developing and delivering Customer value propositions, experiences, and go-to market strategies that drive growth with high satisfaction. As a key member on the team, you will be responsible for ensuring our products and solutions are relevant for Customers and competitive in the marketplace.

In this role, you will:
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory requirements, and risk considerations to shape the products, solutions, and experiences we deliver.
- Provide strategic vision, direction, and subject matter expertise to leadership to develop innovative products and solutions that address evolving customer needs.
- Define and communicate product strategy, scope, and objectives while guiding the development, enhancement, and management of deposit products, solutions, and customer experiences.
- Develop business plans, success metrics, and requirements to support product enhancements, new initiatives, and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Drive the implementation of product and process changes across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
- Build strong partnerships and influence key stakeholders, including senior leaders, subject matter experts, project managers, and delivery teams, to drive successful outcomes across the organization.
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience developing product strategies and solutions tailored to unique customer segments, including students, employee affinity groups, and military communities.
- Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and effectively present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Knowledge of product and program management, including roadmap development, strategic planning, and full product lifecycle management from concept through launch.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated leader with the ability to work independently and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to mobilize teams and resources to achieve business objectives.
- Strong relationship management, influencing, strategic thinking, operational, and execution capabilities.
- Proven ability to gain alignment, influence decision-making, and advocate effectively for ideas and initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive outcomes.
- Comfortable partnering across multiple functions, including executive leadership, marketing, operations, and distribution channels.
- Ability to assess market trends and competitive dynamics to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling executive-level narratives and strategic storytelling.
- Highly organized with strong project coordination and time management skills.
- Advanced aptitude for leveraging data, metrics, financial analysis, and insights to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
