Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to support the Consumer Deposit Products functions within the Products & Customer Segments division of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL). This role will be accountable for shaping differentiated product value propositions, optimizing customer experiences, and executing go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable customer and balance growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction. In this role, you will:
- Review and analyze data to uncover opportunities for growth, optimization, and improved customer outcomes
- Identify market trends, evolving customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy
- Develop strategies for the evolution of deposit products and customer experiences, including development of compelling business cases that influence roadmap prioritization
- Collaborate across deposits, technology, operations, risk, and marketing to deliver seamless, scalable, and compliant products and experiences
- Monitor and manage finance performance targets, conducting variance analysis as needed to identify risks and drive improvement opportunities

- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, and financial analysis skills with the ability to assess complex data, identify risks and opportunities, synthesize insights, and drive data driven business decisions in a complex, regulated environment
- Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, evaluating market and competitive dynamics, monitoring business performance, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and business outcomes
- Advanced collaboration, relationship management, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to build trust, align stakeholders, translate complex information into actionable insights, and drive results across diverse teams and all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership
- Skilled storyteller with the ability to develop and deliver compelling, data driven presentations and strategic narratives that influence decision making and gain executive stakeholder support
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives in matrixed organizations, driving cross functional alignment, and executing change and process improvement efforts that deliver measurable business results
- Experience identifying, assessing, managing, and communicating risk in a clear, timely, and actionable manner
- Experience within the Financial Services industry and operating effectively in highly regulated environments
- Strong understanding of core banking products and services, with specific knowledge of deposit products
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
