About the job

As Lead Product Manager, you will drive the evolution of Kantar’s Video Conferencing Digital Workspace, ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams. Your work will directly impact how our colleagues connect, innovate, and deliver solutions to clients, positioning Kantar at the forefront of technological transformation.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing AV design, delivery, and operations, shaping user experiences and service quality. As an integral part of the Technology Division, you’ll collaborate closely with service partners, operational leads, and technical teams, ensuring our digital workspace aligns with Kantar’s ambitious vision for automation and product excellence. Your leadership will be vital to delivering impactful, future-ready solutions for both internal stakeholders and our clients worldwide!

What you'll be doing:

  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with key technology suppliers, manufacturers, and service partners, ensuring meeting room designs are current and industry-leading.

  • Develop and implement the roadmap for conferencing software, hardware, and infrastructure, with clear communication and alignment to Kantar’s digital, sustainability, and customer-focused strategy.

  • Oversee the design and successful delivery of meeting rooms and collaboration technology for a major global real estate move, ensuring seamless implementation and user experience.

  • Improve and streamline conferencing technology adoption across regions, simplifying demand, design, and deployment processes for maximum efficiency and user satisfaction.

  • Manage the ongoing product lifecycle for collaboration and conferencing solutions—including Microsoft Teams Rooms, digital signage, virtual/hybrid event platforms, and secondary environments—using robust governance frameworks.

  • AV Support Ownership & Escalation Management: Own the end-to-end support strategy for the AV estate, ensuring reliable operation across all environments. Act as the primary escalation point for complex AV issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to drive swift resolution.

  • Enhance and consolidate global data and reporting for conferencing services, enabling better decision making and continuous improvement.

  • Champion customer experience by proactively engaging stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and prioritising innovative, value-driven technology enhancements.

Your profile:

  • Expertise in AV technologies: Deep understanding of video conferencing and enterprise-scale collaboration platforms, especially Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly and related infrastructure.

  • Experience in AV project installations and an understanding of the AV project lifecycle.

  • Strategic leadership in dynamic environments: Proven ability to drive transformation, navigate complex structures, and deliver results amid ongoing change.

  • Vendor and partnership management: Demonstrated success in building, managing, and optimising relationships with technology suppliers and service providers to create best-in-class solutions.

  • Data-driven decision making: Track record of using global data and reporting to enhance service quality and inform continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Inclusive, impactful leadership: A collaborative approach to leading global teams, championing diversity & inclusion, and inspiring commitment to Kantar’s strategic vision.

Please be aware, the majority of our roles are hybrid, working three days per week in our Porto office.
