In this role, you will:
- Support the expansion of the alternative investments platform and lead fund launch efforts across private equity, private credit, private real assets, and hedge fund offerings.
- Contribute to platform growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic targets.
- Oversee and manage agreements with external investment managers, including leading business negotiations and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Maintain deep product knowledge for assigned investment offerings, ensuring accurate representation and support across the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on alternative investment products, processes, and strategies for internal consultants, investment professionals, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead fund onboarding processes, including the creation and approval of marketing collateral, term sheets, and product pages, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage product-specific collateral for both open and closed alternative investment offerings.
- Resolve escalated issues related to marketing materials and performance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate the publication schedule for product collateral updates in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop educational materials and respond to ad-hoc sales and product support requests, providing hands-on product management.
- Collaborate with internal teams including broker/dealer, Private Bank, consulting, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations to support product initiatives and platform success.
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- A BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
- CFA and/or CAIA designation
- Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
- Ability to manage complex business processes associated with projects
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of advertising: branding, merchandising, and collateral development
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience developing and implementing project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
- Ability to negotiate agreements or contracts
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations including charts and graphs for investment clients
