Roles and Responsibilities
- High focus on safety and quality in assigned area and processes.
- Incorporate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) with existing and new process development.
- Define and control production process including tooling, equipment, and training.
- Document and validate process changes within guidelines of the Quality Management System.
- Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- Support multiple internal customers simultaneously while balancing the demands of the business. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the business.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead projects with medium risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing + Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience

Note:
The salary range for this position is $ 87,000.00 - 116,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on April 25, 2026.
