Lead-Product (Devops)

Build and deploy customer-critical SaaS features while owning infrastructure, CI/CD, production servers, monitoring, and platform reliability. Develop full-stack applications using React or Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL. Manage end-to-end feature delivery, including design, coding, deployment, and monitoring. Automate infrastructure with cloud services, containers, and scripting while collaborating with the existing full-stack development team.

Your role: Devops Engineer role is to build alongside our existing FSD. Own features end-to-end
(design
→ code → deploy → monitor) with DevOps responsibilities to keep us shipping fast and stable.

Requirements
Technical Requirements
DevOps (Strong Preference):
• Docker containerisation
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins)
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP: EC2, RDS, Lambda)
• ECS,S3,VPS,IAM,COGNITO,ALB(Application Load Balancer),Server Architecture Experience is Must
• Experience of handling live Production Server
• Monitoring (Sentry, LogRocket or similar)
• Bash/Python scripting for automation
Full Stack (Must):
• Frontend: React/Next.js + TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js/Express, Nestjs
• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL
• APIs: REST/GraphQL, JWT auth, webhooks
Experience Level
• 2–4 years building pipelines, handling of server and production of web apps
• Shipped features used by 500+ real users
• Startup/product company exposure preferred
• Bonus: Payment systems, SaaS metrics, DevOps exposure

Skills Required
