With a focus on innovation, ZRA delivers AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making in revenue operations.Responsibilities
  • Designing at Scale - Lead high-impact, mission-critical projects that define the future of ZRA. Own the design strategy and execution end-to-end with emphasis on refined, production-ready visuals 
  • Mentoring early-career conversation designers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement 
  • Managing complex cross-functional projects spanning multiple time zones 
  • Designing and Prototyping using tools like Prompting, Vibe Coding, Cursor, FigmaMake (and other relevant tools) 
  • Implementing systems thinking, contributing back to our design systems library 
  • Bring excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate positions to influence and work with partners, with new design thinking
What we’re looking for 
  • 10 years of product design experience and a user-centered interaction design portfolio, including 2+ years in revenue technology, sales enablement, or related SaaS fields
  • Demonstrate managing complex cross-functional projects spanning multiple teams and time zones
  • Display excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design thinking and influence stakeholders
  • Lead and execute conversational flows for AI-driven tools (chatbots, IVRs) while advancing NLU and LLM experiences across products
  • Show the ability to mentoring early-career conversation designers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Share market trends, user research feedback, and data insights to optimize experiences across platforms
  • Display an understanding of language models (NLU and LLM) by combining it with deep conversation design expertise

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$146 700,00

Maximum:

$339 300,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
