We’re looking for an exceptional Product Designer to help shape the future of one of our fastest growing products, Guides and Surveys. You’ll design the workflows and experiences that our customer’s product teams depend on to onboard their new users, drive adoption of features, and collect feedback from their customers at scale.
You’ll work on things like our block-based tour and survey builder, our visual theme editor, preview workflows across web and mobile, and new AI capabilities.
This is a high-impact role for a designer who’s a strong systems thinker, enjoys experiential workflow design, and has a high bar for craft. Amplitude customers will embed the things you design into their own products reaching millions of end users.

What You’ll Do- Shape features end-to-end: from problem shaping to execution to ship.
- Design consumer-grade experiences for enterprise tools.
- Rapidly prototype with the latest technology (Claude Code, Figma Make, V0) to align and inspire stakeholders.
- Improve the product experience 1% every week by shipping code to production using Cursor and Claude. Don’t worry, if this is new we’ll show you how!
- Build with your cross-functional team to deliver the best experiences possible.
- Deeply understand your product area including technical topics like SDKs, production environments, and CSS, so that you can design with real-world constraints in mind.
- Think big, build small, and ship frequently to learn and iterate with customers.
- Contribute to a strong design culture that levels everyone up and sets the bar for quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Clear thinking is clear writing. And clear writing is clear design.
- Past experience designing for B2B enterprise SaaS products. Bonus points if you’ve designed for a product that’s been embedded in other products (very meta!).
- A keen ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces, creating clarity out of complexity.
- Strong bias toward action, always pushing work forward, even without perfect data.
- A portfolio of shipped work that demonstrates your experience working through the full product development lifecycle.
Some of the builders you’ll work closely with include Tyler (Director, Product Design), Lucas (Product Manger), Jared (Engineer), and Thomas (Engineer).
And of course you'll also collaborate with an incredible team of 12+ multi-talented designers across our broader design team and many many other talented PMs and Engineers all shaping what's next in our space.
