Hi 👋
We are Bïrch. Our product is a mighty toolbox for all the things creative and growth marketing teams do — content creation, collaboration, and ad campaigns, all in one place. We’ve been in the game for over 8 years, trusted by 800+ companies and more than 5,500 marketers. With billions in ad spend running through our platform, we’re not just keeping up, we’re one of Meta’s fastest-growing partners and officially backed by both Meta and Google. Recently, we rebranded from Revealbot to Bïrch, and we wrote about this transformation journey here.
So, why are we hiring? Right now, our product copy is like a ship without a captain. Some things read a little off, others just don’t land. The tone’s not always us, and the value we’ve built? Sometimes it gets lost in translation. If we can't nail how we talk about what we do, people miss the magic, and that's not where we are aiming. Plus, we've got some big launches on the way: Ads Explorer launch, Studio rollout, and events in the pipeline. The team keeps asking "who handles the copy?" — and honestly, we need someone who does.
That's why we need a wordsmith. A creative mind with sharp taste and strong opinions, who writes with personality, thinks outside the box, and isn't afraid to take creative risks. Someone who can tackle any text challenge we throw their way — from micro-copy that makes users smile to launch messaging that gets people excited.
🌍 Who are we?We’re a remote-first team of ˜35 friends spread around the world with an HQ in Barcelona. We’ve built one successful product and now transitioning to a broader vision. We hire globally and love meeting offline: last two years we were in Barcelona, the year before in Istanbul. Here’s our team’s Instagram that can show you more of who we are. We are a spicy mix of different cultures and backgrounds.
Requirements🧑🎤 Who are you?
- Your English is excellent — ideally native or very close to it.
- You have a strong portfolio of texts with personality — not just typical B2B SaaS copy like "empowering your business", but creative, well-formed, and varied work that actually has a voice.
- You tell great stories — ones that make people feel something, not just skim and move on.
- Complex-to-simple translator — you can take our most technical features and explain them in language that makes people go "oh, that's actually cool."
- You’ve got strong cultural radar: you're widely read and draw inspiration from everywhere from rap lyrics to literature, politics, memes, and global trends. You get references and know how to make them.
- Independent expert who leads, not follows — we don't have anyone above this role, so we need someone who doesn't need constant feedback and direction. You understand what we're going for, guide us toward what works, and aren't afraid to tell us when something doesn't.
Your top focus will be communication — how we talk about ourselves and show our value. But your impact will touch product, brand, and everything in between.
In your first 3-6 months, you'll transform how we write. You'll bring clarity and personality to our product copy, ads, and communications. You'll refresh our website positioning, create a communication flow about our product, and establish our distinct voice. Plus setting up a stream of product storytelling: posts on social, Substack drops, Reddit threads, Twitter/LinkedIn updates, newsletter content or other channels you'd suggest.
Your main focus areas:
- Leading our external messaging — ads, social posts, brand storytelling, campaign copy, everything that touches our product.
- Writing sharp, engaging copy with original ideas and non-trivial messaging — for product UI, ads, emails, landing pages, Product Hunt launches.
- Crafting in-product communication: tooltips, alerts, onboarding, and everything in between.
- Collaborating with our communication design to bring words and visuals together.
We’re into copy that’s smart, clear, and doesn’t sound like it came from a “B2B SaaS Copy Generator 3000.” Text that makes you feel something — or at least smile.
Think Arc's bold "anticipate needs" thinking that cuts right to the point. June's smart way of explaining analytics without the jargon overload. Typeform's playful-yet-clear approach that makes even boring forms feel friendly. Raycast's sharpness, Framer's clean, straightforward messaging that just clicks. And Aboard's beautiful simplicity — they nail the basics so well it feels effortless.
What ties them together? They all sound like real people talking, not corporate robots. They're confident without being flashy, clear without being boring. They know their audience and speak their language. That's the energy we want — copy that feels natural, makes people think "finally, someone gets it," and sticks with you after you've moved on.
Benefits💝 What do we offer?
- Big ambition and room to grow. We want to become the #1 marketing platform for ad teams, and we've got the foundation to get there. Strong partnerships with Meta and Google, plus massive growth potential ahead of us.
- A creative challenge with real depth. We’re not just polishing existing copy, we’re rethinking how a product like ours should speak. Finding that fine line between professional and human, creating a voice that’s fresh, clear, and unlike anything else on the market.
- Trust and Autonomy. We trust you know how to do your work right; that’s why no one will tell you how to do your work properly; you will have ownership over your workday, choosing approaches and making decisions.
- We’re more than colleagues — we’re friends. Our culture is special. We genuinely like each other as people, create meaningful work, and enjoy spending time together.
- Competitive salary and various benefits:
- 🏖 38 days of paid time off annually to take enough time to rest and explore the world.
- ❤️ Full health insurance is provided through Alan or SafetyWing.
- ✈️ $2000 annual holiday travel bonus for tickets and accommodation for yourself and someone you love.
- 🎓 $2000 annual Learn & Development budget to upskill yourself.
- 🫂 $2000 annual bonus for meeting with your team in Barcelona or another country
- 🇪🇸 Company’s support in relocation to Barcelona
- 💻 Laptop budget to buy the latest MacBook (or other powerful gear).
- 🌍 Regular team meet-ups and off-sites to work and have fun together.
- 🏠 You can choose to work remotely or have a hybrid work arrangement if you are in Barcelona.
- 🖥️ Co-working budget if you need a break from your home office.
Let’s be honest — working with us isn’t all fun and pink unicorns (though it is a big part). Here are some potential challenges you’ll face:
- Highly technical, niche product. Our world is full of geek-speak, complex features, and industry jargon that can feel overwhelming at first. Some parts of the work will be less ✨fun✨ and more “how do I even explain this?”
- We need someone who leads, not follows. We're looking for someone to push us forward and guide our creative direction. There would be no traditional management structure, regular feedback sessions, or detailed briefs. You'll be making independent decisions and telling us what works and what doesn't. If you prefer more structured guidance and frequent check-ins, this role might not be the best match for your working style — and that’s okay.
If all of that is not an issue for you, we would be happy to receive your application 🫶
What We Do
Birch (formerly Revealbot) rebranded in 2024 to better show who we are and what we’re building. New name, same mission — but now with a brand that actually does it justice
