Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst to join the North America Wise Account team in Austin.
The North American market represents a massive opportunity for Wise. We are at a pivotal moment where our strategy is deepening from being a transactional provider to becoming a primary financial partner for millions of businesses and people in the US and Canada.
The Role:
You will be the analytical engine behind our North American expansion. You won't just be crunching numbers; you will be helping us redefine our product positioning to solve the unique financial challenges international businesses and people face in this region.
You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to build conviction on how we evolve our product to become an essential account for our customers, helping them avoid the slow, opaque systems of legacy banking.
What you’ll be doing:
Derive actionable insights to drive the region's strategy. You will help the team move beyond volume metrics to deeply understand customer retention and depth—analyzing how different segments utilize the account for holding, spending, and receiving money.
Drive the Business Account evolution: You will uncover opportunities to transform how US SMBs use Wise, focusing on features that solve their cash flow and payment pains and positioning Wise as a central tool for their growth.
Enhance Trust and Reliability: Using data, you will identify friction points in the customer journey to build trust and reduce anxiety, ensuring Wise is the most reliable and transparent partner for customers moving significant funds.
Establish clear goals and KPIs: You will lead the setting of KPIs for NorthAm squads, ensuring we are optimizing for long-term drivers like primary account usage and customer lifetime value.
Execution and Scalability: You will define the structure of mid-sized to complex projects, managing dependencies and resolving ambiguous problems with minimal supervision. You will build scalable data pipelines to handle increasing data volumes as our North American customer base grows.
Mentorship: As a Lead Analyst, you will inspire a team environment where ideas are shared. You will provide feedback and guidance to junior team members, ensuring high standards of technical work and storytelling.
Additional InformationFor everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.
We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.
Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
